DoorDash is seeking an experienced operations leader to join our DashMart distribution center in Albuquerque. You’ll lead a team of hourly associates and shift leads, coach performance, and champion safety while driving site-wide initiatives.

You’ll manage scheduling, inventory processes, and cross-functional collaboration to meet throughput and quality goals, with a data-driven mindset and a readiness to adapt in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Operations, Warehouse Logistics, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience managing a team.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive scheduling and inventory management to meet targets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to implement initiatives.
