Job summary

DoorDash’s DashMart site in Milwaukee seeks an Operations leader to guide a 5–15k sq ft distribution center, supervising hourly staff and a site manager’s team with light kitchen duties in some locations.

You will hire, coach, and develop a safety-first culture while driving results. You’ll lead scheduling, inventory, and process improvements, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Operations, Warehouse Logistics, Customer Service, Retail Management, Fulfillment, or related field.
• 1+ years experience managing a team.
• Flexibility to work late nights and weekends as site needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly Operations Associates and Shift Leads, hire and coach.
• Manage scheduling and inventory processes, deploying best practices.
• Analyze data and make strategic recommendations on resources and workflow; lead process improvements.
• Coaching team to deliver a high-quality customer experience and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
