Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC Foreperson is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising daily crew work. You will work with management to enforce safety protocols, train crew members, and maintain high productivity on job sites.

You will engage with property owners, obtain access permissions, and ensure proper documentation and customer relations. A CDL and field experience are essential for this on-site role. The position offers a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Understanding of drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment, etc.
• Must have excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Must have organization skills and be able to multi-task.
• Must be capable of adjusting to field requirements and taking independent action without close supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and assign daily crew work after orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.
• Conduct field training and retraining for crew on new or revised job units.
• Enforce safe work practices per OSHA and company policies and provide safety training.
