Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to oversee daily crew operations, coordinate with management on hiring needs, and enforce safety protocols on job sites. The role involves troubleshooting field issues and mentoring crew members to maintain productive performance.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, with competitive hourly pay and a benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and EAP. CDL is required, and travel for storm work may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Requires excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Must be able to organize, multi-task, and adapt to field requirements.
• CDL driving eligibility and safe vehicle operation are required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on new job units.
• Enforces safety practices per OSHA and company policy.
• Communicates with property owners/customers to arrange access and clarify responsibilities.
• Keeps records, timesheets, and reports of crew performance.
• Maintains equipment and tools; manages fleet maintenance and safety.
