Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a General Foreperson to oversee daily operations, work with management on hiring needs and safety protocols, and troubleshoot job-site issues. You will mentor crews, enforce standards, and coordinate with customers to ensure work is performed safely and on schedule.

This role requires strong leadership, routine site inspections, reporting, and compliance with regional safety policies. CDL is preferred and pre-employment screenings may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to read and follow prints, visualize a job build, and apply critical thinking to solve problems and identify job-site hazards.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and to obtain a DOT medical card.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily communication with client representatives and stakeholders to obtain permission to perform work.
• Carry out job site inspections and ensure safe working conditions and hazard mitigation.
• Cost control and invoice reconciliation.
• Order interpretation and accurate work reporting within customer system.
