Job summary

Webcor is seeking an Assistant Superintendent in Los Angeles to oversee day-to-day field operations, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate sequencing and procurement for assigned projects. You will mentor junior staff and interface with clients, inspectors, and design teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, OSHA 30 certification, and prior field exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction or related field.
• Typically four years of field or office construction experience.
• OSHA 30 certification required; CPR/First Aid training preferred.
• Bi-lingual abilities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce site safety and cleanliness.
• Plan, coordinate, and sequence work across project activities.
• Procure materials and supervise subcontractors to meet schedule and budget.
• Prepare and issue daily reports; track progress and issues.
• Interface with clients, vendors, inspectors, and design teams.
