Webcor is seeking an Assistant Superintendent in Los Angeles to promote safety and oversee day-to-day field operations, planning, sequencing work, procuring materials, and supervising subcontractors to keep projects on time and within budget.

You will mentor junior staff, interface with clients and design teams, manage logs, QA/QC, and support changes in schedule or scope; OSHA and permitting knowledge are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically, four years of relevant field or office construction experience as a Specialist or Project Engineer.
• OSHA 30 certification required (or any certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, such as STSC or CHST).
• CPR and First Aid/CPR/AED training completion required.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes safety and site cleanliness on job site and enforces Webcor’s safety policy.
• Assists in the management of day-to-day field operations including planning, coordinating, and sequencing work; materials procurement; and supervising subcontractors.
• Leads, develops and mentors more junior staff with timely feedback.
• Interfacing with clients, vendors, inspectors, subcontractors, project management and design teams.
• Maintains daily logs; manages QA/QC; oversees punch list program.
• Assists in schedule and scope changes.
• Supports LDR reviews for self-perform groups.
