Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. in Melville, NY is seeking a Site Leader to manage the daily operations of a small facility, including mail, copy, imaging, and related services.

You will be the point person for customer issues and contract compliance when no Site Manager is assigned, guiding a small team to meet service levels and profitability. This role requires hands-on leadership, training staff, coordinating with vendors, and reporting performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing work experience.
• Experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical).
• Demonstrated proficiency with technology and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a mail room, copy center, or scanning facility including equipment such as PCs, copiers, multifunction devices, imaging and mail equipment.
• May supervise courier services, reception, switchboard, shipping/receiving, mail processing.
• Act as the on-site point of contact for customer issues and contract compliance when no Site Manager is assigned.
• Train and develop assigned staff and manage on-site performance.
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements and report on metrics to leadership.
