Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of mail room, copy center, or scanning facility and operate office equipment.
• May supervise courier, reception, switchboard, shipping/receiving, and mail processing tasks.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for customer issues and contract compliance where no Site Manager exists.
