SBM Management Services, LP is hiring an Assistant Site Manager in Chandler, AZ. The role directs programs, ensures contract compliance, and supports site leadership in budgeting, scheduling, and operations to meet service commitments.

Responsibilities include coordinating work schedules, supervising personnel, monitoring safety, quality, and equipment, and supporting customer relations while driving efficiency and cost control.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning and developing work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel, assigns personnel to routes.
• Inspect and evaluate establishment for program compliance, safety, quality, and service.
• Audit and maintain inventories, supply and equipment.
• Investigate new and promote improved equipment and methods.
• Review customer requests for service and address with manager.
• Assist site manager to implement policies and goals.
• Assist with budget requests and cost reductions.
• Promote services to develop new markets and increase market share.
• Coordinate plans, budgets, and schedule modifications.
• Maintain financial data such as labor hours, overhead, expenses, and forecasting.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure regulatory compliance.
