Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field; 2–5 years of experience.
• May require a valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to respond to inquiries from customers or regulators; present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Plans and develops work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepares schedules for service personnel; assigns routes.
• Inspects establishment for safety, quality, and service compliance.
• Audits inventories of supplies and equipment.
• Investigates new equipment and promotes improved methods.
• Reviews customer requests to determine cause and resolution.
• Implements organization policies and goals.
• Analyzes budget requests to identify reductions and efficiencies.
• Assists in promoting services to develop new markets.
• Inspects plant space and facilities usage.
• Assists with budgets, cost estimates, and contracts.
• Maintains safety and regulatory compliance.
• Directs supervisory management supporting facilities programs.
• Acts as liaison with customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors.
• Maintains contract and contractor status databases.
• Executes meetings and communications with stakeholders.
• Assists with human resources concerns; some travel required.
