Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is hiring an Operations Manager - Site to direct company programs and enforce policy to ensure total compliance with contract duties between company and customer.

The role includes planning schedules, supervising service personnel, inspecting facilities for safety and quality, conducting audits, and coordinating with customers and subcontractors. Some travel is required, with a focus on maintaining budget goals and improving processes.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience coordinating schedules and staff.
• Ability to work with budgets and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Plans and develops work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepares schedules for service personnel, assigns personnel to routes.
• Inspects and evaluates establishment for safety, quality, and service.
• Conduct quality audits to ensure work meets expectations.
• Audits and maintains inventories supplies and equipment.
• Reviews customer requests for service and coordinates with manager.
• Implements policies and goals.
• Analyzes budget requests to identify reductions.
• Assist in promoting services to develop new markets.
• Inspect plant and evaluate use of space and facilities.
• Assist with plans, budgets, and schedules modifications including cost estimates and contracts.
• Maintain and report financials like labor hours, overhead, expenses, billing, forecasting.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
