Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP seeks an Operations Manager to direct site programs, implement policy, and ensure contract compliance with customers across client locations. You will manage work schedules, track budgets, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires coordinating with customers, subcontractors, and employees, plus regular travel to client sites. A bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 2–5 years of experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to respond to inquiries from customers and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel and assign routes.
• Inspect and evaluate establishment for safety, quality and service compliance.
• Conduct quality audits to ensure work meets expectations.
• Audit and maintain inventories of supplies and equipment.
• Review customer service requests and coordinate with management.
• Assist in budgeting and cost reduction initiatives.
• Maintain safe work environment and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Act as liaison between company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors.
• Travel to various client sites as needed.
