Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP seeks a Site Manager to direct company programs and policies ensuring contract compliance with customers in Idaho. The role oversees scheduling, service delivery, safety audits, and budget oversight across facilities operations.

The candidate will coordinate with customers, contractors, and internal teams to meet performance goals while maintaining a safe work environment and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service, problem solving, time management, project management, planning, presentation, interviewing, coaching and training skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans and develops work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepares schedules for service personnel, assigns personnel to routes.
• Inspects and evaluates establishment for safety, quality, and service.
• Audits and maintains inventories supplies and equipment.
• Investigates new equipment and promotes improvements.
• Reviews customer requests for service and addresses issues with management.
• Implements organization policies and goals.
• Analyzes and facilitates budget requests to identify cost reductions.
• Supports promotion of services to develop new markets and increase market share.
• Ensures site meets budget goals on a sustaining basis.
• Assists with plans, budgets, and schedules modifications including cost estimates and contracts.
• Coordinates program specs and documents for proposals and contracts.
• Maintains financial data: labor hours, overhead, expenses, and forecasting.
