Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP in the United States is seeking a Site Manager to direct company programs and implement policy to ensure contract compliance with customers. Compensation is $75,000-$80,000 per year, with a Monday–Friday 8am–4:30pm schedule.

The Site Manager will oversee service planning, budgeting, and coordination with contractors, customers, and employees, while maintaining safety and quality standards. Travel is required occasionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field; 2–5 years of experience.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans and develops work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Inspects and evaluates physical condition of establishment for program compliance, i.e. safety, quality, and service.
• Audits and maintains inventories, supplies and equipment.
• Reviews customer requests for service to ascertain cause for service request, type of malfunction, and address with manager.
• Directs supervisory management engaged in support of facilities programs.
