Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Site Manager in the United States to direct company programs and ensure total compliance with contract duties for our clients. You will lead service teams, plan schedules, and manage budgets while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field, with a valid driver’s license often preferred. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, communications, or a related field from a four-year college or university.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and coordinate company programs to ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Plan and develop work schedules, assign personnel to routes, and monitor performance to ensure service quality.
• Inspect facilities to confirm safety, quality, and compliance with program requirements; oversee inventories and equipment.
• Review service requests, analyze causes, and coordinate with customers and managers to resolve issues.
• Assist in budget review, forecasts, and cost-control measures; support market development activities.
