Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in supervisory or management roles preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities required.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning and developing work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel and assign routes.
• Inspect and evaluate establishment for safety, quality, and service.
• Audit inventories and maintain equipment and supplies.
• Support budget planning and cost control efforts.
• Assist in promoting services to develop new markets and increase market share.
• Coordinate with contractors and customers to ensure contract compliance.
• Maintain and report on labor hours, expenses, and forecasts.
• Ensure a safe work environment and regulatory compliance.
• Travel as required for the role.
