Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP in Phoenix seeks a Site Supervisor to safely coordinate activities within the program, oversee SBM employees and temporary staff, and ensure compliance with sanitation and OSHA regulations. You will inspect areas, supervise training, track equipment and inventory, and prepare routine reports while maintaining safety standards and quality service.

Some travel may be required. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a 7:00 AM–3:30 PM shift and a compensation

Qualifications

Six months to 1 year of related experience and/or training.
High School diploma or GED (or equivalent).
Valid driver’s license; forklift certification may be required.
Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication; customer service focus.

Responsibilities

Perform duties of employees within the program assigned.
Train, supervise and instruct employees on tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate and monitor work activities; recommend training and discipline.
Prepare written reports (pass down, weekly, or monthly).
Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
Track supplies and maintain inventory.
Ensure PPE is used correctly to maintain safety compliance.
Report employee and customer issues to the manager.
Correct at risk behavior and report to the manager.
Provide corrective action recommendations for areas needing improvement.
Maintain records (training, inspections, attendance, metrics).
Familiar with supervisor responsibilities.
Some travel may be required.
