• Inspect and evaluate establishment for program compliance (safety, quality, service).
• Audit and maintain inventories, supplies and equipment.
• Review service requests and address with management.
• Assist Site Manager to implement policies and goals.
• Assist with budget requests and cost-reduction analyses.
• Coordinate program specifications for proposals and contracts.
• Maintain financial data such as labor hours, overhead, expenses, and forecasts.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across operations.
