Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is recruiting a Site Manager in Palo Alto, CA. The role directs company programs and ensures contract compliance with customers, overseeing safety, quality, and service delivery.

Responsibilities include budgeting, planning, and coordinating facilities operations, with travel as required. A bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education required: Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or related field; 2–5 years of experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel and assign routes.
• Inspect establishment for safety, quality, and service compliance.
• Audit inventories, supplies and equipment.
• Review customer service requests and address issues with the manager.
• Assist in budget planning and cost estimates.
• Maintain contract and contractor status databases.
• Ensure site meets budget goals on a sustaining basis.
