Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is hiring a Site Manager to direct programs and enforce policy, ensuring contract duties are met for the customer. The role covers planning labor, budgets, schedules, and compliance with safety and quality standards on site.

Responsibilities include managing service delivery, coordinating personnel, inspecting facilities, and reporting on financials. Some travel may be required; a 6:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with occasional weekend work is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field with 2–5 years of experience.
• Bilingual a plus; strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel and assign routes.
• Inspect establishment for program compliance including safety, quality, and service.
• Maintain inventories, supplies and equipment; review customer service requests.
• Monitor budgets and financial reporting; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate contracts, proposals, and documents; support long-range plans.
