• Conducts quality audits to ensure work meets standards.
• Maintains inventories of supplies and equipment.
• Investigates new equipment and methods for improvement.
• Reviews customer requests to determine cause and action.
• Assists with budgets, plans, and cost estimates.
• Maintains contract and contractor relations and records.
• Directs supervisory management and coordinates meetings with customers and staff.
