Job summary

May Mobility is seeking a Site Operations Manager II to lead shuttle operations at our Atlanta site, overseeing Site Supervisors, Technicians, and autonomous vehicle Operators. You will drive safety, reliability, and cost control to deliver exceptional service for passengers and partners.

You will report to the Customer Operations Manager and collaborate with engineers, Field Operations, and People Operations to scale operations across the city while maintaining May Mobility values.

Qualifications

• Required: Associate degree or higher in Business, Technical Operations, or related field.
• 3+ years as a people leader in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Experience making judgments in ambiguous situations and driving process improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication across platforms; meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Site Supervisors, Technicians, and contracted AV Operators to run shuttle operations.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed and foster a culture of safety.
• Manage site budget and align spending with operating goals.
• Coordinate with engineers, Field Operations, and People Operations for staff and rollout testing.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
