Job summary

May Mobility is expanding its autonomous shuttle operations and seeks a Site Operations Manager to lead the on-site team and partner with customers and passengers to ensure safety, reliability and quality service. You will report to the Customer Operations Manager and be pivotal in daily operations, performance, and continuous improvement at the site.

In a fast-paced startup environment, you will balance staffing, budgets, and process optimization while coordinating with engineers and field ops.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in Business, Technical Operations, or related field.
• 1+ years experience as a people leader in a customer-focused environment.
• Proven judgment in ambiguous situations and project management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and willingness to undergo a driving record check.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Site Supervisors, Technicians and AV Operators to run shuttle operations.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed and a culture of safety is developed.
• Manage daily protocols, reporting and site performance metrics.
• Balance site budget and financial goals with operations.
• Deliver exceptional service to customers and passengers.
• Collaborate with People Operations on staffing and performance decisions.
• Coordinate with engineers on technical issues and escalation.
• Train new site leadership and test new vehicle rollouts.
• Create an inclusive work environment aligned with company values.
• Cover shifts as needed and travel up to 10%.
