Job summary

May Mobility is expanding its autonomous shuttle operations and is seeking a Site Operations Manager to lead a site team of Supervisors, Technicians, and contracted Operators. The role focuses on safe, reliable, and customer-focused shuttle service while coordinating with partners and field teams.

You will report to the Customer Operations Manager and drive performance, safety, and service quality across shifts, with frequent collaboration across departments and external partners.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in Business, Technical Operations, or related field.
• 1+ years experience as a people leader in a fast-adapting, customer-focused environment.
• Proven ability to make judgments in ambiguous situations.
• Experience developing processes and managing projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple platforms; high attention to detail.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License; willing to undergo driving record check.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations follow rigorous safety guidelines and foster a safety-first culture.
• Implement daily protocols and reporting; track site performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Meet financial goals and align spending with the site operating budget.
• Provide exceptional service to customers and passengers.
• Collaborate with People Operations for staffing and performance decisions.
• Coordinate with engineers on technical issues requiring escalation.
• Train new site leadership and test new vehicle rollouts.
• Create a positive work environment aligned with company values.
• Cover shifts across various days/times as needed; travel up to 10%.
