Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Senior On-Site Service Specialist to operate high-volume copying and bindery equipment, perform basic maintenance, and manage shipping/receiving tasks at customer sites.

The role involves identifying issues, coordinating with technicians, and providing superior customer service while supporting site operations and occasional reception duties. This position may require travel between customer locations and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred.
• May require valid driver\'s license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per Ricoh.
• Demonstrate competency in basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Runs high volume/production copy machines and performs binding and finishing work.
• Performs duties of scanning and/or imaging documents
• Responds to and coordinates all service calls required by customer.
• Delivers completed jobs to pre-determined customer locations
• Maintains daily meter and service logs
• May travel between customer\'s buildings
• May perform Reception services on temporary/occasional basis
