Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical environment).
• 2 years of managerial experience strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of customer-facing experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and supervise a small team.
• Prioritize multiple priorities and foster a positive work culture to maximize retention.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Ricoh products and offer alternatives when needed.
• Manage production labor targets and quality control labor.
• Improve operations through Ricoh Service Excellence tools.
• Ensure SLAs are met and collaborate with customers to improve processes.
• Maintain a customer-focused environment through feedback and surveys.
• Support audit, deadlines, and compliance objectives with established tools and best practices.
• Staff the site appropriately by aligning skills with production needs.
• Motivate staff and recognize accomplishments through the Ricoh Recognizes program.
• Communicate expectations and performance standards through training and coaching.
• Identify development opportunities via IDP management.
• Evaluate performance and provide training opportunities.
• Maintain daily contact with customers and understand client requirements.
