Job summary

Ricoh is seeking a Site Leader to manage the daily operations of a small-site, acting as the go-to person for a small team. You will monitor contract compliance, improve service levels, and coordinate with leadership on facility-related issues while training and developing staff.

You will handle customer contacts, supervise shift profitability, and maintain workflow while reporting performance improvements to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school or GED is required.
• 2+ years of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical).
• Previous training experience strongly preferred.
• Previous 2+ years customer facing work experience required.
• Demonstrated proficient knowledge and understanding of technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of mail room, copy center, or scanning facility.
• Lead a small team, assign tasks, and schedule projects.
• Maintain contract compliance and service levels with Ricoh standards.
• Coordinate with customers and reporting to leadership.
• Train and develop site staff.
• Prepare site reports and manage inventories.
