Job summary

Ricoh in Atlanta seeks a Senior Site Manager to lead daily operations of a large facility and manage a mid-size team, ensuring service excellence across Copy, Courier, Managed Print, Hospitality and Mail services.

You will recruit, coach, and develop staff, drive SLA achievement, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement process improvements that deliver value to clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical environment).
• 2+ years of management experience strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of customer-facing experience required.
• Demonstrated high-level knowledge and understanding of technology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a medium to large site with a mid-size direct report team.
• Prioritize complex projects and manage multiple competing priorities.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing team environment with SLA objectives met.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of Ricoh products and service offerings.
• Collaborate with counterparts across business units to provide strategic insights.
• Implement and manage Ricoh Service Excellence tools to improve quality.
