Job summary

J&A, Inc. is seeking a Site Manager in Biloxi, MS to oversee all property operations in compliance with HUD, LIHTC, USDA RD, and related regulations. The role requires live-on-site duties, coordination with the Regional Manager, and strong communication skills.

The Site Manager will handle leasing, rent collections, administration, maintenance supervision, and diligent record-keeping to ensure fiscal, physical, and social soundness of the property.

Qualifications

• LIHTC property management experience (2+ years preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of property management software such as Yardi or Real Page.

Responsibilities

• Leasing: respond to inquiries, show vacancies, verify income and screen applicants.
• Rent collections: collect security deposits, rent, and issue receipts.
• Administration: open on time, enforce leases, on‑site live-in coverage if applicable.
• Property maintenance: supervise staff, schedule inspections, coordinate bids and repairs.
• Record-keeping/reporting: maintain tenant ledgers, report incidents, provide monthly summaries.
• Other duties: meet with tenants, disaster/emergency planning, perform other duties as assigned.
