Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in LIHTC property management preferred.
• Valid State Issued Drivers’ License required.
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all property operations in accordance with company policies.
• Supervise maintenance staff and monitor contracted services.
• Maintain accurate accounting records including tenant ledgers.

Skills

Experience in LIHTC property management

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to take initiative
