Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years maintenance management experience.
• Proficient in CMMS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Mentor AMMs and support succession planning and development.
• Champion a safety-first culture and oversee safety audits and incidents.
