Job summary
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across multiple sites, drive preventive and predictive maintenance, and ensure equipment uptime. You will manage AMMs, mentor teams, and uphold a strong safety culture while coordinating with site leadership and clients.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in maintenance management, with CMMS proficiency and willingness to travel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management.
- 5+ years’ experience in maintenance management; predictive and preventive maintenance expertise.
- Proven leadership skills to manage multiple teams or a high-complexity site.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS systems.
- Willingness to travel and provide 24/7 support as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead and align AMMs and site teams with company and client goals.
- Coach AMMs to develop future leaders and support succession planning.
- Champion a safety-first culture and ensure safety protocol compliance; manage incidents.
- Drive maintenance performance and uptime through PM/PdM programs; monitor KPIs (SLI, OEE).
- Collaborate with site leadership and participate in QBRs to identify improvements.
- Oversee timesheets, travel, expense reports, and training records; ensure proper RCA closure.
