Job summary

C&W Services is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and facility support at a single high-complexity site. You will mentor site leaders, collaborate with regional and senior managers, and drive safety, reliability, and operational excellence in line with client goals.

The role emphasizes people development, KPI oversight (SLI, OEE, PM/PdM), and strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver consistent results and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 5+ years' experience in maintenance management and predictive/preventive maintenance.
• Proven leadership to manage multiple teams or a high-complexity site.
• Proficiency with CMMS and MS Office; ability to analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align AMMs and site teams with goals and strategy.
• Mentor AMMs and support career development and evaluations.
• Champion a safety-first culture and address incidents and audits.
• Drive preventive/predictive maintenance to maximize uptime and equipment reliability.
• Build relationships with site leadership and participate in QBRs.
• Oversee timesheets, travel, expense reports, and training completion.
