Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and facility support at a high-complexity site. You will mentor AMMs, drive safety and operational excellence, and align with client goals.

The role emphasizes people-first leadership and cross-functional collaboration across regional teams. Responsibilities include developing leaders, ensuring safety audits, optimizing PM/PdM programs, and managing site KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in maintenance management, with expertise in predictive and preventive maintenance.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams or a single high-complexity site.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Availability to provide 24/7 support with flexibility to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align AMMs and site teams with company and client goals.
• Mentor and coach AMMs to build a pipeline of future leaders and support succession planning.
• Champion a safety-first culture, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and address safety challenges.
• Drive performance in preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and equipment reliability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with site leadership and participate in QBRs.
• Maintain compliance with timesheets, travel and expense reports, and ensure training completion.
