Qualifications

• 3+ years in a management role overseeing maintenance teams and multi-site operations.
• Proficient in preventive/predictive maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Safety leadership and compliance with safety protocols, including audits.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and conduct regular 1:1s and team huddles.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for maintenance-related issues and participate in daily site meetings.
• Maintain data in CMMS and ensure alignment with dashboard metrics.
• Support inventory health, warranty claims, and budget compliance.
