Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks an Assistant Maintenance Manager to supervise maintenance at a Milpitas, CA site. You will lead safety initiatives, run preventive/predictive programs, and drive reliability while guiding a team of technicians.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll manage CMMS data, track KPIs like PM/PdM and OEE, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a management role overseeing maintenance teams and multi-site operations.
• Strong leadership, safety commitment and communication skills.
• Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Monitor KPIs, including PM/PdM completion, high-severity breakdowns, and OEE.
• Oversee safety metrics and conduct safety audits; address issues with site leadership.
