Job summary
C&W Services is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to oversee a single-site maintenance program, ensuring reliability across engineering assets and safety-first operations. You will report to the Maintenance Manager and collaborate with regional teams to align site objectives with client goals.
You will lead a team of technicians, drive preventive/predictive maintenance, and monitor KPIs while maintaining 100% safety training compliance.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in a management role overseeing maintenance teams and multi-site operations.
- Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Willingness to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance operations at a single site to ensure reliability and performance.
- Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Monitor KPIs: PM/PdM completion, high-severity breakdowns, and OEE.
- Ensure timely work orders and manage Site Issue Management tickets.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and coach staff through regular meetings.
- Act as on-site contact for maintenance issues and coordinate with RME/Operations.
