Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and facility operations across multiple sites. You will mentor site leaders, drive safety, and align with client goals to ensure reliable operations. This role emphasizes people development and operational excellence.

You will oversee PM/PdM programs, monitor KPIs, and manage a team of AMMs while collaborating with regional leaders. A strong focus on safety and continuous improvement is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in maintenance management with leadership across multiple teams or a high‑complexity site.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS.
• Availability to provide 24/7 support.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and facility teams across multiple sites.
• Mentor AMMs and develop future leaders.
• Drive safety, PM/PdM programs, and KPI improvements.
• Collaborate with RMMs and SMMs to align goals.
• Oversee timesheets, travel, and training compliance.
