Job summary
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to oversee site maintenance operations, drive safety leadership, and ensure reliable equipment performance. You will manage a team, coordinate with MM/RMM, and support client satisfaction through proactive maintenance and clear communication.
You will lead safety training, track KPIs, and optimize work orders and CMMS data while supporting inventory and budget controls.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in a management role overseeing maintenance teams and multi-site operations.
- Experience in preventive/predictive maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with safety protocols and training.
- Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Monitor KPIs like PM/PdM completion, high-severity issues, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Supervise maintenance technicians and conduct regular coaching and development.
- Act as on-site liaison for maintenance with Operations and client teams.
- Maintain CMMS data accuracy and support inventory and budget controls.
