Job summary

C&W Services in California is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and facility support across sites. You will mentor AMMs, drive safety and reliability, and align with client goals to deliver operational excellence.

You will oversee KPIs like SLI, OEE, PM/PdM, and coordinate with RMMs/SMMs to build a strong, safety-first culture while ensuring compliant admin tasks and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in maintenance/engineering management.
• 5+ years leading maintenance at multiple sites or a high-complexity site.
• Experience with CMMS and data-driven maintenance metrics.
• Willingness to travel as needed and provide 24/7 support.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and site teams to meet safety and reliability goals.
• Mentor AMMs and develop future maintenance leaders.
• Drive safety performance and complete safety audits.
• Oversee preventive/predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
• Ensure accurate timekeeping, training compliance, and record-keeping.
• Engage with site leadership and participate in QBRs to drive improvement.
