Job summary

Jitsu in Reno seeks a Site Leader to own the full performance of the warehouse facility, including outbound, sortation, and on-schedule dispatch. You will supervise a rotating hourly team, drive safety, quality, and cost initiatives, and partner with your Manager to shape local operations strategy.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Client Operations, People, and Central Ops, use data to drive improvements, and help deliver on last-mile commitments while developing bench strength

Qualifications

• 4 years in last-mile delivery, 3PL warehousing, logistics, or last mile transportation.
• 3 years of supervising teams of direct and indirect reports in operations.
• Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical skills with data; experience tracking KPIs and driving decisions.
• Excellent communication across all levels; developing hourly teams.

Responsibilities

• Own daily warehouse operations including outbound and sortation and on-schedule dispatch.
• Lead a hands-on team of rotating hourly associates and mentor staff.
• Drive safety, quality and cost metrics with continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Ops, People, and Central Ops.
• Assist with P&L awareness and platform workforce planning.
