Job summary

Stord Inc. is seeking a Site Leader to run day-to-day warehouse operations in Reno, NV, ensuring accuracy and efficiency for 300,000–600,000 sq ft facilities. You will supervise a large team, manage labor planning, and support budget and KPI achievement.

This role requires strong leadership, WMS/MHE proficiency, data analysis, and a track record of delivering high-value performance in high-volume distribution environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in warehouse leadership, including supervisory roles.
• Experience with WMS and MHE.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with clear priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound/outbound, loading, and warehouse organization to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
• Lead and develop multiple supervisors and hourly staff.
• Plan labor strategically and adjust staffing in real time.
• Assist Director with budget and KPIs.
• Set safety, efficiency, quality targets; train staff on standard methods.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Excellence and partners.
• Lead facility-wide projects to drive performance.
