Amazon seeks a Site Leader in Reno, NV to oversee all site operations, coaching a team of Operations and Area Managers and ensuring safety, quality and performance. You will drive Lean initiatives and build leadership bench strength within the Fulfillment Center.

The role includes cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety and IT to secure resources, while delivering on budgetary and people development objectives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
• Experience with the full lifecycle of staffing: interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and terminations.

• Drives quality, process change and Lean initiatives to meet the business plan.
• Oversees safety, quality, performance and customer experience for inbound or outbound operations.
• Sets expectations for Operations and Area Managers; measures and coaches performance.
• Leverages leaders to generate improvement plans and share best practices across shifts and the network.
• Collaborates with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT to secure resources for projects.
