Gopuff is seeking a Site Leader to join the Field Operations team in Cleveland, OH. You will lead a local team of Shift Leaders and Field Operations Associates, oversee facility operations, and drive KPI improvements to deliver a perfect customer experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a fast-paced environment
• Experience leading a workforce
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven change agent with improving processes

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and is accountable for all facility operations including deliveries, inventory, equipment, and systems
• Drive improvements to KPIs such as Order Picking Time, Order Dwell Time, Drive Time, Order Defect Rate, and Cost Per Order
• Accountable for driving the financial performance of the site by achieving budgeted productivity, labor, and expenses
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations for the warehouse by analyzing reports
• Implement HR compliance, asset protection, safety controls, and safety for people and products
• Develop and implement action plans to improve performance and guide the management team
• Teach and train site leadership in controlling expenses and labor
• Create plans to improve financial performance of the facility
