Qualifications

• High school or GED is required.
• 5+ years in a related field (B2B and/or technical).
• Previous 2 years of managerial work experience strongly preferred.
• Previous 5 years of customer-facing work experience required.
• Demonstrated high level knowledge and understanding of technology.
• Off 360 proficient user.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a medium-large site with a sizeable team.
• Prioritize complex projects and balance multiple priorities.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing team meeting SLA objectives.
• Consult on Ricoh products and coordinate across units for insights.
• Staff and evaluate site personnel and field service staff.
• Maintain customer-focused operations with surveys and action plans.
• Ensure audit/compliance standards and staff recruitment processes.
