Job summary

Hensel Phelps is seeking a Laborer to provide support on construction projects. Primary duties include assisting form carpenters, concrete operations, masons, and carpenters while maintaining safety and site organization.

This safety-sensitive position requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. Candidates must follow safety programs, communicate professionally, and demonstrate reliability with transportation and attendance.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare areas for concrete placement and grade for slabs.
• Assist in assembling and placing form panels.
• Operate concrete bucket and muck concrete for even distribution.
• Strip forms after curing and transport for storage.
• Assist finishers with power trowels and screeds.
• Support masons with materials and block/brick handling.
• Help carpenters with door frames transport and placement.
• Load/unload materials, distribute site supplies per plans.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe jobsite.
