Job summary

Hensel Phelps is seeking a Construction Laborer to support form carpenters, concrete operations, and masons on active projects. You will move materials, assist with forming, grading, placing concrete, and helping finish surfaces under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and good attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare areas for concrete placement and perform final dirt/rock grading.
• Assemble concrete forms and assist in placement.
• Move materials and assist with concrete finishing and form stripping.
• Support masons, carpenters, and site crews as needed.
• Maintain a safe, orderly jobsite and store materials per plans.
