Job summary

Hensel Phelps is hiring a construction Laborer to provide support for form carpenters, concrete operations, and masonry work on project sites. This safety-sensitive role requires physical stamina and teamwork to help prepare, move, and finish concrete operations while maintaining a secure jobsite.

Responsibilities include assisting in form assembly, transporting materials, and supporting concrete finishers.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow safe work practices per site safety program.
• Must provide own safety footwear.
• Must be reliable, punctual and able to communicate with crew and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare areas for concrete placement and grade surfaces for slabs.
• Assist in assembling concrete forms and handling materials and tools.
• Move and transport building materials and equipment around the site.
• Support masons, carpenters, and form workers as needed on the project.
• Help maintain a clean, safe jobsite and report hazards to supervisors.
