Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Follow safe work practices per safety program.
• Must be able to take initiative and follow instructions.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Ability to communicate professionally with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare areas for concrete placement and finish grading for slabs.
• Assemble concrete forms and assist in placement of form panels.
• Move concrete buckets from crane to placement area and muck slabs.
• Strip forms after curing and transport for storage.
• Assist finishers with power trowels and screeds for concrete surfaces.
• Support masons with bags of cement, lime, sand, and grout.
• Assist carpenters with door frames and transport from storage to site.
• Load/unload and identify building materials and tools; keep site organized.
• Promote safety and secure the jobsite at end of day.
